Qualifications

1. Solid HTML and CSS Knowledge is a MUST.
2. Excellent experience in converting website graphical layout to well controlled table-less HTML/CSS template.
3. Adobe Photoshop & illustrator experience with strong manipulation and control of the products features.
4. Ability to deal with Joomla template system and other open source CMSes and template frameworks
5. Good command of English language.
